About Products

We use PMMA material which suitable for artificial corneas and employ AG brushed techniques for the nail tips. This results in strong and more flexible nails that prevent creasing when pressure is applied. Besides, our nail tips have a thick front and thin rear edge, ensuring a durable and snug fit.

We do not use nail polish because it may contain harmful volatile solvents. We exclusively use nail gel made primarily from natural resins, making it a safer choice. Nail gel polish requires UV curing, which results in superior color adhesion and durability compared to regular nail polish.

To ensure that 'Touchify' embodies its original intent of providing comfortable touch with press-on nails, we've made significant efforts. Firstly, we use PMMA material suitable for artificial corneas and employ AG brushed techniques for the nail tips, making them more flexible. Nail curvature varies from person to person, and flexible tips can be adjusted to suit these different curves. Secondly, we make our nail tips thicker at the front and thinner at the rear edge, ensuring a snug, comfortable fit for wear. Thirdly, we adjust the C-curve of the nail tips to be friendly to even flat nails.

Yes, we include the toolkit with your purchase. The toolkit comprises adhesive tabs, nail glue, manicure stick, dental floss, alcohol pad and two nail files.

The reason why we include dental floss in our toolkit: Compared to wooden sticks, dental floss is thinner and more flexible, making it easier to pry open edges and remove press-on nails while better protecting your natural nails.

The reason for including two different files in the toolkit: The fine-grained file is for prepping the nail surface before applying adhesive tabs, and the coarse file is for shaping the nail edges to fit your nail shape better. These two files help with different nail tasks for a perfect manicure.

We offer the latest flexible fake nails with a friendly C-curve that adheres closely to your natural nails. These nails also work well for flat nails. If your nails are noticeably flat, you can adjust the press-on nail's curvature following our tutorial or use adhesive tabs to fill gaps.

If you have upturned or downturned nails, adhesive tabs can also help bridge gaps.

We've developed the fourth generation of adhesive tabs to ensure that you can wear press-on nails with reassurance. It's important to note that the original protective film of these adhesive tabs is not transparent. While the adhesive tabs are quite strong, they are more suitable for situations where you need to change styles frequently, as exposure to water, cleaning products, and oils can compromise their adhesion. If you plan to wear them for an extended period, we recommend using nail glue.

The adhesive tabs are harmless to your natural nails and are less likely to cause allergies. However, forcefully removing the press-on nails can potentially harm your natural nails, so please be sure to remove them gently.

Nail glue is stronger in adhesion compared to adhesive tabs, making it more suitable for extended wear. However, it's not as gentle as adhesive tabs. The nail glue we provide is specially designed for wearing press-on nails and is less likely to cause allergies on your natural nails. Nevertheless, using an excessive amount that spills onto the skin or forcefully removing the press-on nails can potentially harm your natural nails or skin.

You should first measure each nail individually and match it with the size chart to find the right fit.

Measurement Method:

If you have a soft measuring tape, wrap it around your nail tip and measure the widest point. You can also use a piece of paper, wrap it around the nail to make a mark, and then measure it with a ruler.

Tips:

1.If your measurement falls within 1mm, choose the next size up. For example, if you measure 13.5mm, opt for the 14mm size.

2.If most of your fingers correspond to a specific size, even if a few are 1mm smaller, it's best to choose the size that fits most of your fingers.

3.Fan-shaped nails may vary in shape, including outward expansion or flatness. Measure the size from the base to one-third up the nail's surface, as measuring at the widest point may affect the fit.

Press-on nails can be applied using either adhesive tabs or nail glue, depending on your personal preferences:

The advantages of adhesive tabs are that they are convenient for removal, and the press-on nails can be reused. However, their adhesion can be affected by exposure to water, cleaning products, and oils, leading to shorter wear time compared to nail glue.

Nail glue offers better durability but is more challenging to remove, and the press-on nails are not reusable once removed.

For specific instructions on how to wear press-on nails, please refer to the user manual included with our products or visit our manicure tutorial section for guidance.

If you are using adhesive tabs, the nail removal method is: Use the dental floss to lift a small gap on the side of the press-on nail, and gradually push it off. Throughout, you can add cuticle oil to protect your nails and reduce the stickiness of the adhesive.

If you are using nail glue, the nail removal method is:Use the dental floss to lift a small gap on the side of the press-on nail, add adhesive remover, wait briefly, and then gradually push it off.

Aggressive nail removal may potentially harm your natural nails, so please remove them gently.

Shipments are marked as RTO (Returned to Origin) when:

1. Delivery attempts have failed due to reasons such as an incorrect address or absence of the recipient.

2. The address provided was incomplete or had an incorrect pin code.

If you or someone at the delivery address declined to accept the order, our customer support team will attempt to contact you using your registered phone number. If there is no response or the number is unreachable, the package will be sent back to the origin.
